These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nova. By using Nova, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Nova, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Nova is an AI command center that connects to your business tools, surfaces what needs your attention, answers questions about your business, and can carry out tasks you approve. Features may evolve, change, or be discontinued over time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Nova. In particular, you will not: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service; or access data you are not authorized to access.

5. Connected tools

You authorize Nova to connect to and access third-party services on your behalf. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Nova performs actions in your connected tools only with your approval.

6. AI features and limitations

Nova uses AI, which can make mistakes or produce incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing Nova's outputs and approving actions before they are taken. Nova is a tool to assist you - it is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or accounting advice.

7. Intellectual property

Nova and its software, content, and trademarks are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. You retain ownership of the data you provide or connect.

8. Fees

Paid plans, where applicable, are billed as described at signup. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

Nova is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Nova at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using Nova after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
